We were interested in a townhouse in the Bronx and wanted the unit appraised before we gave the seller an offer as we thought the property was overpriced even after a $14K drop in price. We read the great reviews for Dave Lister and contacted him for an external appraisal. We met him at the property where he took photos of the structure and communal areas. He also reviewed the photos of the inside of the unit and description provided on Zillow. Dave provided a full report within 24 hours with comparable properties in the same section of the Bronx. Turns out the property was overpriced and the seller accepted our offer that was $35K below the asking price. Dave provided great service and efficiency.
